ANNOUNCEMENTS

• 2009-2010 Registration is now OPEN!

• In the recent Orange County Academic Pentathlon, a team of 7th grade students from Southlands Christian Schools competed with over 50 teams from public and private schools in Southern California, testing their knowledge in Literature, Mathematics, Science, Social Science, and Essay Writing. The students, along with their teacher “coaches”, spent many hours of study, in addition to their regular classroom studies, in preparation for the competition. As a result, the nine member team won an average of 7 medals per student. Southlands placed 1st in their division, in addition to winning 1st place Overall Team and 1st place in the oral Science Super Quiz event. The students swept the event by receiving, in total, more than 60 medals. Congratulations, Southlands Christian Schools, on a job well done!
