To apply, please click on the 2024-25 Application link, create an account, and follow the prompts.

The state-required paperwork is available as a downloadable resource on this page. Please complete these forms and return them to our preschool.

• Physician’s Report: This needs to be completed and signed by your child’s doctor. Please note, you have 30 days to complete.
• Immunization Record: Please provide a copy for our files.

To proceed with enrollment, a $250 registration fee is required. This fee can be paid directly at the preschool office or submitted along with your signed contract. If these options aren’t convenient, please feel free to reach out to us to discuss additional payment arrangements.

Once we receive your completed application, our preschool will reach out to confirm your child’s schedule and discuss any final details.
